En 1975, Keith Moon (baterista de The Who) lanzó su primer álbum en solitario titulado Two Sides of the Moon, trabajo que recopila canciones versionadas en estilo pop. Moon, en el disco, utilizó su faceta interpretativa en el canto, dejando principalmente la batería a otros artistas como Ringo Starr, y a los músicos de sesión Curly Smith y Jim Keltner. En lugar de utilizar el disco como una oportunidad de mostrar sus habilidades legendarias en los tambores, Moon eligió cantar en todas las canciones y tocar la batería sólo en “Crazy Like a Fox”, “The Kids Are Alright” y en “Move Over Ms. L” y la percusión en “No Worry Baby”.
